Returns/Refunds
Since we are a small local company, and due to the current situations, we do not allow returns or refunds at this time. If your product is received defective from us, we will happily exchange it for a brand new replacement if your order qualifies. To learn more about exchanges, please continue reading below.

Exchanges
Our exchange policy lasts for 14 days from the date your order was delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must have arrived damaged, broken, or defective. In the case of an exchange, you will be required to attempt some troubleshooting steps. Not trying the troubleshooting steps may void your eligibility for an exchange. We cover the shipping costs for the exchange of a defective item, if your order qualifies. Once we receive your exchange, our team will inspect it to ensure everything is included, and also to make sure the device is actually defective. If our team notices something missing from your exchange, or that it is not actually defective, we will not be able to send out your replacement and you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to send the original item back to you. If our team deems that your device is in fact defective, and if everything is included in your exchange, your replacement will be sent out.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.

If you are approved, then your replacement will be sent out from one of our warehouses within 3-5 business days. If your desired replacement product is out of stock, there may be an additional delay before your replacement can be shipped out.

To successfully complete an exchange, you must follow our exchange steps exactly as they are listed from our support team. If you do not follow the steps accurately, this may result in you not receiving your replacement. You must also send your item(s) back in the original packaging with all pieces included. 

We only exchange items if they arrive defective or damaged and if you contact us within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. If you need to start an exchange, send us an email at support@portacharge.com for instructions on how to initiate your exchange and where to send your product(s). Failure to contact us first will result in your exchange being lost and your replacement not being sent out.

To complete your exchange, we require an email confirmation receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting our support team or your exchange may not be processed.

Please also note that any original shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

Gift cards and any other free items/gifts/replacements are exempt from being returned, exchanged, or refunded. 

Cancellations
For in-stock items, we currently allow an order to be cancelled if you contact our support team at support@portacharge.com within 24 hours from the exact date and time your order was placed. Sadly, if it has been over 24 hours since the date and time you placed your order, we will most likely not be able to process a cancellation or refund for you. This is because for in-stock inventory, we ship most orders out the same or next business day.

For out-of-stock backordered items, we currently do not allow any cancellations after your order has been placed. This is because for out-of-stock backorders, we use your order's payment to immediately fund the production from our manufacturer of the product you ordered. Once production of your backordered item is finished, it is then sent to our PortaCharge warehouse to be packaged, and then is shipped out to you using our standard or express shipping method.

Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback on an order will void all of our return & exchange policies for that order. A chargeback will deem an order no longer eligible for a refund, return, or exchange no matter the circumstance. Initiating a chargeback will also void your Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee immediately, even if you are still within 14 days from your delivery date. Please also note that placing a false or fraudulent chargeback is a crime, and we will submit all necessary evidence to your bank in the case of one.

Shipping
To ship your exchange or return to us, please contact our support team using our "Contact" page. It is very important to receive our return/exchange instructions and follow them accurately or your return/exchange may not be processed successfully.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Our standard domestic shipping time averages between 3-7 days of transit time once shipped from our warehouse.

Exchanges will have a 1-7 business day (on average) processing time after your exchange arrives at our warehouse.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please also note that any original shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe in 100% customer satisfaction and that is why we are offering all customers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! If you receive a damaged or defective PortaCharge, you may exchange the item within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. If your PortaCharge was damaged in shipping or you received a damaged PortaCharge that is not working, we will happily exchange your product for a replacement at absolutely no additional cost to you as long as you contact us within the first 14 days from the date your order was delivered and if your order qualifies. An exchange can only be for the exact same item you purchased and cannot be swapped out for a different item or a different variant/color. You will be required to ship your item back before receiving a replacement or refund, however we may send you a shipping label if your order qualifies. Simply contact our awesome support team for our exchange instructions! Please note that opening a chargeback on an order will immediately void your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Troubleshooting is required before we can start the exchange process. If a non-defective device is sent to us, your exchange will not be processed. An order can only be cancelled within 24 hours from the date and time it was placed and backorders cannot be cancelled at this time. Please read our full refund/exchange policy for more details.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item that has a stated restocking fee
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery date

Late or missing exchanges/refunds (if applicable)

Your Agreement

By placing an order on our website, you are acknowledging and agreeing to this entire refund policy and every term within it. You are waiving any right to a refund, cancellation, return or exchange based on the terms stated within this policy.
